Return & Refund Policy 

Unopened items
If you are unsatisfied with your order and the product is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at co@thebotanicaofficial.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Used or opened items
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16e), products that have been unsealed, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons. Once the product has been used, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at co@thebotanicaofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are non-refundable except in the case of damaged or defective goods. Please inspect all wholesale deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
