SHIPPING POLICY 

Processing time
All orders are handcrafted in small batches in Dalmatia, Croatia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment.

Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times
Croatia: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping carriers
We ship via Croatian Post (HP) and international courier partners. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at co@thebotanicaofficial.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
